Have you've been in a situation where you speed a little more than the limit, and seconds later you're pulled over my some doughnut-eating monster ? Well, there's always a path that can twist the outcome to your benefit.
Firstly, whether you are stopped on the street or while you're in your car, DO NOT respond aggressively or rudely. Even if you are in a hurry, or just had a bad day, just stay calm. Respond to all questions simply, and keep eye contact. If you're looking somewhere else, the officer may assume you are lying or your acting suspicious.
Secondly, never shout "I know my rights!!", as the officer may feel challenged and he or she may assume that you're up to no good. Now picture yourself as a policeman. You approach a individual, and they respond aggressively. So, at this point you feel a little angry at the individual, and you don't mind challenging them aswell. So now a conflict has started. Reflecting back, all of this could've been avoided with you being simply kind and welcoming.
**Also, never say " you're stopping me because I'm...[insert your race here]" as the officer may feel offended as you're calling them racist.
Lastly, you never know what kind of cops are out there, so never ever try to bribe one, as it can get you into more sh*t.
